We represent the home to new phone inquiries and do all of the follow-up from open homes and negotiation at the time of an offer. Once an offer has been made and accepted we liaise with solicitors and the buyer to ensure that everything happens smoothly. This method of selling has been extremely successful in Canberra. Prices achieved have been the same and often better than comparative sold properties in the area by traditional agents - best of all owners walk away with more for their pocket as they are not left with a huge commission bill!

Professional photography This is the most important part of any online campaign. Without a complete set of photos you are limiting the number of people who will be interested in your property. We use a professional photographer to take photos of your property. You can see some examples of photos here or on the for sale page.

House and site plans Potential buyers like to be able to visualise themselves in your house and plans are a great way to do this. These two simple things allow buyers to also picture how they might fit their furniture into your house or get an idea of just how large (or small!) your backyard is.

A professional valuation Concerned about what your home is worth? We use a 3rd party valuer to get a realistic idea of what your property is worth in the current market. Once we have the result of this valuation we then meet with you and decide on a price. You as the owner are always in control, we do not mandate a price at which you must sell.

A "For Sale" sign We do great signs, make your property stand out from the pack with a 1600x800mm sign. We customise our signs to your property by displaying the "vital stats" of your home (number of bedrooms, bathroom and car-spaces). This is so that passers by can quickly get an idea of your property. Rest assured also that we wont take advantage of you and your front yard and plaster the sign with SOLD stickers for no other reason than to advertise ourselves. Once your house is sold and contracts have exchanged the sign will be picked up.

Internet advertising We advertise all properties on allhomes.com.au, realestate.com.au, homehound in addition to our own website point8estate.com.au. Our website allows potential buyers to download PDF copies of building and energy reports.
