Karene Janke is a licensed real estate agent in both the ACT and Queensland. She is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of the ACT.

Small business has been a common thread throughout Karene's life. Growing up in Queensland, Karene's parents owned and operated a successful transport company and then in later years an 87 place childcare centre. With this type of exposure to small business Karene appreciates the importance of hard-work, dedication and high quality service. Karene holds a Bachelor of Education and has been a registered teacher for five years. She has also travelled extensively and lived in Montreal, Canada for three years where she ran a home daycare at 100% capacity with a waiting list.

It was in the process of buying and selling property in Canada that Karene, and her husband developed the idea of starting a real estate agency that provided exceptional service at a more reasonable cost than was currently available in Australia.
